Subject: [Uidb_genel] Karbon materyalleri uzerine Turk-Japon ortak sempozyumu
Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to invite you to participate in The Carbon Materials for Today and Future Turkish Japanese Joint Carbon Symposium which will be held on March 18-19, 2010 at the Istanbul Technical University Suleyman Demirel Cultural Center, Istanbul, Turkey.
The aim of the symposium is to bring together academic scientists, students and industrial experts from Japan and Turkey in order to establish collaborative links and to promote scientific discussions on various topics of specific interest in Carbon Science and Technology. The symposium is an official event of 2010 Japan Year in Turkey, as well as a part of ongoing collaboration between Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) and The Scientific and Technological Research Center of Turkey (TUBITAK). It is anticipated that discussions between representatives of the two countries will result in cooperation in the fields of education, research and trade in carbon and related fields.
The carefully selected oral program of invited speakers will be supplemented by posters. Please note that the deadline for poster submission is February 15, 2010. Poster abstracts may be submitted by e-mail to the following addresses:
